Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale and use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern access to and use of the site and purchases made thereon. By using our site and placing an order, you accept these Terms fully and unreservedly.
Products and availability
The products presented on our site are described and illustrated as accurately as possible. However, errors or omissions may occur. The offer of products and prices is valid as long as it is visible on the site and within the limits of available stocks.
Prices and payment
The prices indicated are shown in euros (€). Manalive Audio operates under the VAT franchise scheme: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI.
For deliveries to another European Union Member State, the VAT of the country of destination is applied and declared via the One Stop Shop (OSS).
For deliveries outside the tax territory of the European Union — notably Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) — prices are exclusive of tax. Customs duties, import VAT and any clearance fees are payable by the recipient and are due upon delivery.
Payment is made at the time the order is placed, using the payment methods offered on the site.
Shipping
Delivery times are given for information only and may vary according to destination.
In the event of delays or problems with delivery, we undertake to keep you informed as soon as possible.
Right of withdrawal and returns
You have 30 days to return an item and request a refund (satisfied or reimbursed).
The cost of returning an item is borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or an ordering error has been made.
The refund will be made after receipt and inspection of the products, within 7 to 14 working days.
Liability
We do our utmost to ensure the smooth operation and security of the site. However, we cannot be held responsible in the event of damage resulting from misuse of the products purchased, or in the event of temporary unavailability of the site.
Personal data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the RGPD. It is only used to manage your orders and improve our services.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (texts, images, logos, graphics) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of JAMEY Antoine (Manalive Audio). Any reproduction or unauthorised use is prohibited.
Modification of conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The new conditions will apply as soon as they are posted on the site.
